1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jey9 platform and all its services. By visiting the jey9 website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali, and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. jey9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. • Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to third parties.
• Placing bets in the name of or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jey9 may conduct identity verification at any time to ensure security. A national identity card, passport, or other valid document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jey9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).

• Funds deposited into the account must come only from your own payment method.
• Deposits using third-party payment methods are prohibited.
• jey9 reserves the right to reject any suspicious deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.
• It may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request that is already being processed.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in cases of suspicious activity.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Bet-Through)

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 VIP Program

jey9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tiers are advanced based on regular participation and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at jey9's discretion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. jey9 reserves the right to take necessary action regarding bets accepted in error due to technical faults.

• Sufficient balance must be available in the account to place a bet successfully.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a software or system error will be considered void.
• jey9 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled, the amount for that bet will be refunded. Additional terms may apply for live betting during a match.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jey9 platform:

• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions.
• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users or jey9 staff.

If such activities are detected, jey9 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss or bet cancellation resulting from an internet connection disruption.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• Faults or security breaches on the user's own device.
• Service unavailability during unexpected technical disruptions or maintenance.

jey9 always strives to provide the highest quality service and is committed to resolving any technical issues quickly. However, in the event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances, jey9's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
